Contract Type: Part-Time (22.5 hours per week)
Location: Brighton & Hove Clinic
Salary: Competitive annual salary, plus £8,400 car allowance and £10,000 signing bonus
Introduction
Join a specialist clinic that provides Tier 4 inpatient services for children and young people aged 12–18 with eating disorders. As a CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist, you will deliver tailored treatment programs within a supportive team and participate in on-call rotations.
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload as Responsible Clinician (RC).
Assess physical health and document findings during MDT meetings.
Lead supervision and risk management for team members.
Participate in professional development activities and appraisals.
Requirements:
Specialist Register for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry with a license to practice.
MRCPsych or equivalent.
Desirable: Experience in CAMHS eating disorders.
