Clinical Team Leader

Contract Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £18.81 to £21.85 per hour

As a Clinical Team Leader, you will manage a team of nurses and healthcare assistants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the nursing team in providing high standards of holistic care, offering support and advice to colleagues and relatives.
Manage a caseload, liaising with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure effective care delivery.
Develop individualized care plans using evidence-based guidelines and evaluate their effectiveness.
Maintain accurate, contemporaneous records in accordance with policies and legislation.
Provide supervision, mentorship, and training for clinical staff, fostering a learning environment.
Ensure staff development through training programs, competency assessments, and professional guidance.
Act as a mentor to students and provide educational support to service users, carers, families, and colleagues.

What You’ll Bring:

Registered Nurse qualification or equivalent degree.
Experience in palliative or neurological care (dependent on service requirement).
Strong leadership and performance management skills in a clinical setting.
Knowledge of legislation relevant to the independent care sector.
Effective communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
