Working Hours: 3 days per week (Monday to Friday only)

Salary: Up to £58,000 FTE (Pro Rata), depending on experience
About the Role:
A prestigious organization in Chester is seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) / Independent Nurse Prescriber to provide high-quality healthcare services within their Primary Care Team. The role involves working independently to manage a range of healthcare needs through appointments and clinics. It is an excellent opportunity for an ANP who thrives on variety and enjoys building strong professional relationships with employees and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care, taking full responsibility for patient management.
- Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions, integrating drug- and non-drug-based treatment plans.
- Provide advice on overseas travel and vaccinations.
- Administer influenza vaccination programs at practice and client sites.
- Coordinate and participate in health promotion days.
- Conduct vision screening both on-site and at client premises.
- Maintain accurate, confidential health records in line with organizational policies.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated specialist knowledge and skills at an advanced level.
- Proven experience maintaining accurate medical records (electronic and hard copy).
- Qualifications: RGN, NMC registered with PIN.
- Essential: Non-Medical Independent Prescriber certification.
- Relevant experience in minor injuries, ear irrigation, cervical screening, travel health, and venepuncture.
