About the Role:
West Heath House supports individuals coping with cognitive, physical, and emotional challenges following brain injuries. The focus is on promoting independence, privacy, and dignity. You will oversee care delivery, compliance, and service development while mentoring and inspiring a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the nursing and rehabilitation teams in delivering person-centered care.
Manage admissions, assessments, and discharges effectively.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and drive clinical governance.
Provide leadership, supervision, and professional development for staff.
Act as a liaison between service users, families, and external agencies.
Requirements:
Valid RGN nursing qualification.
Proven leadership experience in complex care settings.
Strong organizational and mentorship skills.
Experience managing care services for individuals with brain injuries or neurological conditions.
