Contract Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Salary: £12.58–£12.80 per hour, plus weekend and Bank Holiday enhancements
Location: Hitchin (Driver Required)

About the Role:
Support cognitive, social, emotional, and functional recovery for service users.
Monitor the physical and emotional well-being of clients, reporting changes as needed.
Assist with rehabilitation goals and ensure accurate documentation.
Promote choice and independence in care delivery.
Maintain a safe working environment and support smooth service operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience working in care delivery.
Strong communication, numeracy, and literacy skills.
Basic IT proficiency.
Access to reliable transportation (subsidized transport from Luton is available).
