About the Role
Contract Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £48,000–£52,000 per year, depending on experience
Introduction
An exciting opportunity to join a mental health service providing care for young people and adults. As Lead Occupational Therapist, you will manage and lead the Occupational Therapy service across CAMHS and Adult services, supporting individuals with acute mental health needs and personality disorders.
Responsibilities:
Develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans.
Provide supervision and leadership for Occupational Therapists and Assistants.
Respond to referrals and prioritize patient needs.
Engage with complex cases and collaborate with families.
Requirements:
Qualified and registered Occupational Therapist.
At least three years of post-qualification experience, ideally in CAMHS and Adult services.
Experience in inpatient mental health settings.
