About the Role
Contract Type: Full-Time (35 hours per week)
Location: Midlands
Salary: Up to £30,870 per annum, plus car allowance

An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Learning & Development Trainer. You will design and deliver high-quality training solutions, making a tangible impact on care and support services across the region.
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and creative learning interventions.
Provide professional development opportunities for care staff.
Travel to various sites to support and train teams.
Requirements:
Recognized training qualification (e.g., PTLLS, Cert in Education, CIPD).
Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
