About the Role
Contract Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday)
Salary: Up to £50,618 per year, plus a £5,000 car allowance and excellent benefits.

Join an organization dedicated to providing exceptional care for individuals with complex needs. As a Regional Lead Occupational Therapist and Sensory Practitioner, you will lead and develop Occupational Therapy services across the Midlands and Yorkshire region.
Responsibilities:
Provide professional leadership and clinical guidance for the Occupational Therapy team.
Conduct sensory integration assessments and manage complex caseloads.
Establish supervision frameworks and deliver CPD opportunities.
Support recruitment, workforce planning, and service improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Qualification in Occupational Therapy with HCPC registration.
Sensory Practitioner qualification.
At least six years of post-qualification experience.
Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
