Salary: £15.65–£17.73 per hour
Introduction
An opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join a well-established team providing neurological care in a serene countryside setting. You will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality care tailored to individuals' needs.
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
Maintain accurate records in line with corporate policies and NMC guidelines.
Lead and manage care during shifts, ensuring adherence to care plans.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with post-registration experience.
Knowledge of best clinical practices for neurological conditions.
Clinical leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop staff.
