About the Role
Location: Gloucester
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday)
Salary: Up to £46,000 per year, plus a £3,600 Welcome Bonus and excellent benefits.
Introduction
Join a 60-bed facility offering specialist 24-hour nursing and therapy services for individuals with complex neurological conditions. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will provide high-quality assessments, interventions, and leadership.
Responsibilities:
Manage a designated caseload, including complex neurological cases.
Develop and implement policies, protocols, and care pathways.
Provide leadership and compassionate support to junior staff.
Collaborate effectively with families and stakeholders.
Requirements:
UK HCPC registration with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
Clinical expertise in neurological care.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
