Introduction
Join the ITU/HDU Unit specializing in complex spinal, colorectal, liver, and urological cases. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department while delivering expert care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide bespoke, complex care to patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Mentor and coach junior staff, supporting their development and progression.
Deliver high-quality care, managing patients requiring staged spinal surgeries.
Contribute to quality improvement projects and audits.
What You’ll Bring:
Registered General Nurse with NMC registration.
Extensive experience in Critical Care, including Spinal ITU.
Completed Critical Care Course (minimum 30 credits).
