Salary: Up to £48,000, dependent on experience
Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Advisor to join our team and deliver exceptional care to corporate clients. Your role will focus on conducting physical and mental health evaluations, facilitating workplace adjustments, and supporting employee rehabilitation programs to improve wellbeing and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive occupational health assessments.
Provide advice on workplace adjustments and health strategies.
Manage sickness absence cases and facilitate rehabilitation programs.
Create and maintain high-quality, secure, and confidential records in compliance with standards.
What You’ll Bring:
Current NMC registration.
Proven experience in occupational health.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
