Introduction
We’re seeking a Senior Specialist Clinical Pharmacist to provide high-quality pharmacy services across specialties, including cardiology, medical, surgical, antimicrobial stewardship, and critical care. Join a dynamic team offering exposure to advanced clinical settings and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service to specialist wards.
Lead antimicrobial stewardship, coordinating microbiology ward rounds.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
Provide education and mentorship to pharmacy staff.
What You’ll Bring:
Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) and GPhC registration.
Clinical pharmacy diploma or equivalent experience.
Proven expertise in antimicrobial stewardship and critical care pharmacy.
Strong initiative, leadership, and communication skills.
