Introduction
We are seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse with expertise in cardiology to join a leading cardiac team in a dynamic and supportive environment. This role offers the chance to provide advanced cardiac care alongside a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized nursing care for cardiac and cardiothoracic patients throughout their perioperative journey.
Manage invasive lines, ITU transfers, and ensure comprehensive handovers.
Collaborate with consultants, physiotherapists, and other specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
Serve as a clinical role model, providing mentorship to junior staff and maintaining high standards of patient safety and care.
What You’ll Bring:
NMC Registered Nurse.
Experience in cardiac care, including pre- and post-operative cases.
Familiarity with advanced cardiac interventions and procedures.
Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
