Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week | Permanent
Shifts: Monday – Saturday, earlies, lates, and long days

Introduction

The Client is renowned for its advanced surgical facilities, including a hybrid theatre, robotic surgery suite, and laminar flow theatres for orthopaedic surgery. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside world-class surgeons in a vibrant and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical bedside assistance for robotic surgeries and complex procedures within the department.
Work closely with consultant surgeons and the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.
Ensure seamless surgical operations by effectively managing clinical areas and planning ahead.
Support the development and growth of the department by contributing to high standards of surgical care.
What You’ll Bring:
Qualified Surgical Care Practitioner (SCP) with SFA certification.
Strong experience in robotics or gynecology procedures.
Registration as a healthcare professional (e.g., nurse or ODP) with a related honors degree.
Recent theatre nursing experience and 18 months in a similar autonomous role (desirable).
Excellent clinical and operative skills with a proactive and organized approach.
